Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. Our role
Homlogix is a truck dispatch service. We help owner-operators and trucking companies find loads, negotiate rates, and manage related paperwork. We are not a motor carrier and do not take possession of freight. The carrier remains solely responsible for maintaining their own operating authority, insurance, licensing, and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
2. No guarantee of results
We work to find loads and negotiate favorable rates, but we cannot guarantee any specific volume of loads, rate, or level of earnings. Freight availability and rates vary based on market conditions outside our control.
3. Fees and billing
Dispatch service fees are as agreed in your individual service agreement with Homlogix. There is no long-term contract; either party may end the arrangement at any time, subject to settling any outstanding fees for loads already booked.
4. Website use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to misuse the contact forms, free tools, or client dashboard (for example, by submitting false information or attempting to access accounts that aren't yours).
5. Free tools disclaimer
The calculators on our Free Tools page are provided for general estimation purposes only and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Always verify figures that affect your taxes, compliance, or financing with a qualified professional.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Homlogix and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homlogix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our dispatch services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Homlogix is registered to do business. (Placeholder, confirm and fill in your actual state before publishing.)
